Added clarity to IFT rules for interstate transfers

Added that there is no limit to posses or PURCHASE magazines.

Noted that in-laws and step parents are not included in the intra-familial definition

Saw someone added the age issue to the possession question, so I deleted my separate question.

Added the hyphen to some large-capacity magazine question only when the question referred to 12020 directly.

Fixed an error in the question about the Tarus Judge. It previously read, " Additionally, the Taurus Judge is considered an Assault Weapon because it is a shotgun with revolving cylinder." This is incorrect. The judge is an SBS because it is a firearm under the length limit that fires fixed shotgun shells. It is however not an Assault Shotgun because it is not a shotgun. To be a shotgun it must be shoulder fired, unlike the SBS which has no such shoulder-fired requirement.

Added an extra '2' to 223. Before it read .23 to Beowolf section.
